Your role will be to transform design concepts into production-ready assets for print, digital, motion, and web, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across various projects.
You’ll work collaboratively with designers, developers, editors, and producers to refine visuals, animate content, edit video, and manage digital updates across channels. This includes tasks like image retouching, layout refinement, motion graphics, video editing, and updating content through CMS platforms.
As a Creative Artworker, you’re a key contributor to the flawless execution of creative projects, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also technically sound.
Key responsibilities
- Refine and prepare artwork: Transform design concepts into print-ready and digital files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Video production and editing: Edit raw video footage into polished content, including transitions, subtitles, and sound syncing for various formats.
- Motion graphics and animation: Create animated assets and simple animations using After Effects or equivalent tools to support campaigns and branded content.
- Post-production: Apply colour grading, audio adjustment, compression, and final delivery across motion and video formats.
- Website content support: Update, format, and manage content using content management systems (CMS), ensuring accuracy and layout consistency.
- Web design assistance: Support in creating and adapting web design assets, wireframes, and digital visuals for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work alongside designers, developers, copywriters, and project leads to ensure brand-aligned and technically sound outputs.
- Manage multiple projects: Juggle various tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Prepare files for production: Ensure accurate colour management, preflighting, and specifications for printing or digital distribution.
- Adapt and customise assets: Reformat layouts, typography, and media to suit different screen sizes, platforms, or formats.
- Proofread and check for errors: Review final artwork and digital content for accuracy, ensuring it’s production-ready and error-free.
- Project management: Manage multiple deadlines and asset types while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and high standards.
Essential skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong skills in core design tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are crucial. A good understanding of Figma is also helpful.
- Video & Motion: Strong capabilities in video and motion tools, including Premiere Pro and After Effects are essential.
- Technical knowledge of print and digital production: Understanding file preparation, colour management, and various printing techniques.
- Web & CMS: Understanding of basic UX/UI and web design layout principles for responsive design. Experience using CMS platforms to update and manage content (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong attention to detail: Meticulous in reviewing and correcting artwork.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with designers and other team members. Communicates clearly and contributes positively to team success.
- Problem-solving and time management skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
The ideal candidate
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Naturally resourceful and proactive.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years of working agency side.
- Must be able to travel to the office Mon-Fri.
